A small pause outdoors can reveal something worth seeing.

Closer to the Sighting

A compact view into the wild.

Scan a hedgerow, watch a feeder visitor, or pause beside an open trail. The handheld monocular format gives you a single eyepiece to look through, while the top-mounted focus control lets you refine the view as the subject distance changes.

BranchLine monocular features showing 10x magnification, a 42 mm objective lens, handheld use, wrist strap, and carry pouch
Designed for bird watching, wildlife observation, hiking, and travel. Viewing results vary with lighting, focus, distance, and hand steadiness.
01 / MAGNIFICATION

Bring distant details closer

Fixed 10× magnification helps you examine plumage, perched birds, and wildlife details from your observation point. This is a fixed-power optic, rather than a variable zoom scope.

02 / OBJECTIVE LENS

A 42 mm front lens

The 42 mm objective gathers available light for outdoor viewing. Image brightness depends on surrounding light and viewing conditions; this monocular does not provide electronic night vision.

03 / FOCUS CONTROL

Refine your view

Turn the ridged, top-mounted focus control while looking through the eyepiece to adjust for your subject’s distance. Start with a stationary subject while getting familiar with the optic.

04 / HANDLING

A textured handhold

Textured panels along the exterior provide a defined gripping surface. For a steadier view at 10×, hold the monocular with both hands or brace your elbows on a stable support.

05 / PACKABLE SIZE

Easy to bring along

Measuring approximately 6.1 inches long and weighing approximately 12 oz, BranchLine fits naturally into a birding bag or daypack between viewing stops.

06 / INCLUDED ACCESSORIES

Carry with confidence

An included wrist strap adds a connection while handling the monocular. The fabric carry pouch keeps it covered during storage and transport.

From First Look to Fine Detail

Settle into the view.

  1. Attach the wrist strap. Secure the attachment loop to the strap point and check the connection before carrying.
  2. Find your subject first. Locate the bird or landmark with your unaided eye, then raise the monocular while keeping your attention on that location.
  3. Adjust your viewing position. Bring the eyepiece comfortably toward your eye and reposition until the view is centered.
  4. Focus gently. Turn the focus control until your subject looks sharp. Readjust when viewing something at a different distance.
  5. Steady your hold. Use both hands or brace your elbows to reduce movement, especially when studying fine details.
Viewing safety: Never look at the sun through this monocular. Concentrated sunlight can cause serious eye injury.

Care & storage

Remove loose dust from lens surfaces with an optics blower before wiping. Use a clean lens cloth and follow the supplied care instructions; avoid abrasive fabrics and household cleaners. Wipe the exterior with a soft cloth, let the monocular dry fully if damp, and store it in the carry pouch in a cool, dry place. Do not disassemble the optic.
